Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

  Ship to the Diamond

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our stadium store.

  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
